I'm new to North Carolina and this has become my go to grocery store. These workers remind me of a twenty five year ago store. If I can't find something they walk me to it. There's a sweet little man in the meat department that's greated me everytime I have been to the store. The cashiers are quick and so polite! Way to go Charlie C's give your people a raise. The prices are good they have everything I need!
Very neat and orderly establishment. One of the only places I have ventured to so far, that the General manager, and supporting cast of management actually are leading their crew by showmanship. It is always clean and never wreaking of foul odors. Each aisle unclustered and products easily visible. Fresh cooked food in the deli daily, it also has a seafood and bakery department.
Normally I'd rate different but....I'm here every single day...sometimes twice...today I went to deli at 5:50..(sn: they close at 7) I ordered a 12 piece family deal which is advertised available til 7...the lady tells me ill have all wings and few thighs cause they don't want to make anymore..(I'm paying for it and taking it so where is the waste) you have another hour and ten mins open yet the only sides you can offer is dry crusted on top rice a scoop of Mac n chz turnips...I mean if I walked in 10 min til 7 I'd get it bu... read more
They don't allow you to substitute anything as far as meat bundle so if you don't eat pork you're out of luck plus they charge an extra up charge fee for chicken wings it is grotesquely the most horrible store. 2 packs of ground beef, 2 steaks, 1 pack of chicken legs, 5 extra for the chicken, and 4 packs of hotdogs for $86!!!! GTFOH I WILL BE SO HAPPY WHEN KINLAWS REOPENS!!!
I was shopping yesterday at Carlie C and the young man checking out my grocery had an attitude with me I always put my groceries in the buggy the as they total my food he was like I got this so I said I've always done this what's the problem I'm not stealing anything I'm not trying to come on your side and start adding up my grocery leave me alone do your job that's all
